Students encounter God through biblical teaching, worship, fellowship, missions and ministry involvement.
T.K.O.
The Kings Outreach (T.K.O.) includes students aged 7th Grade-12 grade. T.K.O. exists because Jesus completely transforms lives, therefore, our mission is to point students to a transforming relationship with Jesus. We want to see students connect with one another/adult mentors/ and ultimately Jesus, grow as His disciples and influence their world for His name. T.K.O. meets on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of every month.
OUR CURRICULUM
We partner with parents towards getting the church and the home on the same page. We use a proven national strategy called “Orange”. When “red” (the family) comes together with “yellow” (the church) the combined influence creates a major impact orange. We aspire for students to discover God, take ownership of their faith, and become positive influencers among their friends.
VOLUNTEER IN THE STUDENT MINISTRY
Adults and teens have ample opportunities to volunteer at the Faith First House of Hope and in our community. Below are ministry areas where our students get to make a valuable contribution and learn the value of serving others.
HOSPITALITY
We grow students to greet everyone who enters the church with a warm, friendly greeting, smile and handshake, and to encourage our students to take on leadership roles within the ministry.
USHER
We grow students by enlightening Christian youth through the knowledge of usher techniques and Christian standards.
VOICES OF PRAISE
We grow students by equipping them to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ through song and to encourage believers in their walk with Christ.
PARKING LOT
We grow students by teaching them to provide a safe and friendly Christian atmosphere while welcoming worshippers and rendering Five Star service with Christian love.
AV TECHNOLOGY
We grow students to create and facilitate cutting edge technology in audio and video production.
